The Norra innerstaden District Council noted that Gärdet Group Home, an LSS residential facility for individuals with dementia, has chosen to participate in the City of Stockholm's Quality Award 2026. Jonas Naddebo and Svante Linusson (both Centre Party) propose a comprehensive review of Valhallavägen, from Roslagstull to Hakberget, to improve traffic solutions and green infrastructure. They suggest relocating parking to garages to create new green spaces and playgrounds, building high-standard separated bike lanes, and enhancing lighting, sanitation, and winter road maintenance for increased safety and well-being.

Mikael Valier Furtenbach (KD) proposed in a motion that Stockholm introduce special architectural zones in the city center and older districts, such as Gamla stan and older stone cities in the inner suburbs. Two Liberal politicians propose that the City of Stockholm restore and preserve culturally significant parks like Humlegården and Vasaparken, ensuring new installations are faithful to the originals and promoting sustainable quality, while also allowing small kiosks to foster urban life. In a motion, Svante Linusson and Jonas Naddebo (C) proposed an inventory of Stockholm's avenues, a strategy for their preservation and development, identification of new avenue areas, and the transformation of Karlbergsvägen into a green esplanade. However, the City Executive Board suggests that the motion be addressed by noting that much of this work is already underway, including a new tree policy and database, and that planting new trees on Karlbergsvägen is challenging due to underground infrastructure.
