Nike Örbrink (KD) proposed that Stockholm introduce more care animals in municipal care homes to meet the emotional needs of the elderly, especially those with cognitive impairment, for physical touch and to reduce loneliness. While various city departments and district councils view care animals positively, they highlight challenges like limited access to trained animals, hygiene requirements, and the need for risk assessments. The City Executive Board proposes that the motion be answered by stating that work with care animals is already underway and district councils are tasked with promoting more such initiatives.

Center Party members proposed that the City of Stockholm and Region Stockholm implement a joint routine for ensuring children with autism receive equivalent and coordinated early behavioral interventions in preschool, clarifying responsibilities and transitions. However, the City Executive Board suggests rejecting the motion, citing ongoing work and stating that responsibility for treatments lies with the region.

Councilor Nike Örbrink (KD) proposed allowing seniors to consume their own alcohol at the city's open meeting points. However, the City Executive Office and Social and Senior Citizen Committees advise against this, as current alcohol legislation would prevent the sale of non-alcoholic beverages and necessitate a serving permit, impacting the meeting points' social and health-promoting mission. The Liberals propose that the City of Stockholm increase its ambition for electrification as part of its climate work, asking committees and companies to investigate concrete measures and allocate budget funds. However, several administrations and committees, including the the City Executive Office and the Traffic Committee, state that current legislation does not permit differentiated parking fees based on environmental class and a legal change would be required.

However, the City Executive Office and several district councils believe current structured efforts and adapted training already address this issue, making a new plan unnecessary. The City Council therefore suggests the motion be addressed by referring to the existing work.

A motion from the Center Party proposes investigating and adapting Stockholm City Parking AB's parking garages to serve as protected spaces during a crisis, equipping them with ventilation, toilets, and water, and exploring future requirements for convertible garages. The City Executive Board suggests referring to a previous statement, meaning the city will await national requirements and state funding, while the Center Party advocates for more proactive city action.

The Liberals propose that the city restore and preserve culturally significant parks like Humlegården and Vasaparken, ensuring new installations are faithful to the originals and promoting quality additions such as small kiosks with cultural and food offerings. While several committees and offices believe the city already adheres to these intentions through existing guidelines, some district councils and interest groups support the motion's call for a clearer focus on restoration.

Council members Jan Jönsson and Sara Svanström (both L) propose that the City of Stockholm investigate the possibility of allowing non-profit organizations to operate and maintain smaller parks through user agreements, aiming to strengthen local engagement and improve park maintenance.
