Bagarmossen: Försvarsministern 1 apartments renovated 2027-2029
Stockholmshem's board approved a decision to renovate 120 apartments in the Försvarsministern 1 property on Byälvsvägen 20-28 in Bagarmossen. The SEK 165 million project, running from early 2027 to mid-2029, will address water damage, replace plumbing and heating systems, and modernize bathrooms and kitchens. The Rent Tribunal approved the measures after consultation, and some tenants will require temporary relocation during the renovation.
