Mullvadsberget 28 renovation final report, new shared apartments
Stockholmshem's board approved the final report for the renovation of the Mullvadsberget 28 property on Södermalm. The project, costing SEK 67.4 million (slightly over budget), included pipe replacement, apartment renovations, and the creation of 21 new apartments focused on a "live alone but not lonely" shared living concept. Energy savings could not be verified due to a shared electricity meter for the area.
