Stockholmshem has approved a 205 million SEK renovation of the Vattenpasset 10 property on Södermalm, which includes 139 apartments. This necessary renovation, due to recurring water damage, will involve replacing water pipes, heating pipes, and electrical installations, along with careful renovation of bathrooms and kitchens. All tenants will be temporarily relocated to furnished apartments during the work, expected to start in Q3 2026 and finish by late 2027.
