Stockholm Housing Agency’s January–August 2026 Report and Full-Year Forecast
Stockholm Housing Agency AB is proposed to approve the interim report for January–August 2026 and the forecast for the full year. So far, 14,062 apartments have been allocated, including 1,437 youth apartments and 2,357 student apartments, and the target of 21,000 apartments is expected to be exceeded by around 1,000. The forecast shows revenue of SEK 161.2 million, costs of SEK 151.2 million, and a pre-tax result of SEK 10 million.
