Stockholmshem builds 400 new homes, meets 2026 goal
The Board of AB Stockholmshem approved an update on new housing construction. The report indicated the company is working to meet the city's goal of at least 3,500 new homes during the mandate period, which means about 290 new apartments annually, with at least half being "Stockholmshus." Currently, over 400 apartments are under production for occupancy in 2026, in areas including Bromma, Södermalm, and Solberga.
