The administration addressed five questions concerning conclusions, safety routines, background checks for personnel, preventative work, and how elderly individuals and relatives can report misconduct. The administration stressed the seriousness with which they view these issues, highlighting existing routines to promote safety, collaboration with the police, and adherence to the city's procedures for criminal record extracts.

The Norra innerstaden District Council noted that Gärdet Group Home, an LSS residential facility for individuals with dementia, has chosen to participate in the City of Stockholm's Quality Award 2026. The administration believes this participation will positively contribute to operational development and provide valuable feedback to the unit.

The Norra Innerstaden district committee reviewed a citizen proposal to reopen "Nya verkstan," a social psychiatric employment program, as "Verkstan för alla" for all residents. The administration rejected the proposal, stating that Nya Verkstan is specifically designed for individuals with special needs who are outside the labor market and require a calm environment, and opening it to the public would not be suitable for this target group. They noted that many other open craft activities and associations are available in the city.

The Northern Inner City District Council considered a citizen proposal for winter maintenance of outdoor gyms, which suggested snow removal and gravel placement. However, the council approved the administration's assessment that this is unsuitable, citing difficulties with machine snow removal, damage to surfaces from shoveling or sanding, and potential equipment damage from sand. Kristin Jacobsson (Centre Party) questioned Elder and Culture Commissioner Torun Boucher (Left Party) regarding a ban on residents enjoying an after-dinner drink with their coffee during Thursday fika at the Väduren senior housing common room, which the Centre Party deems unnecessary paternalism. Boucher responded that the city must adhere to alcohol laws for events where the district administration is the organizer, but a solution has been found where residents can arrange such fika themselves when the city is not the official organizer.

A motion proposes developing Piazza Odenplan, including possibly closing part of Upplandsgatan to traffic, to create a more cohesive and vibrant area. The ruling parties respond that major development is difficult now due to ongoing Roslagsbanan and subway expansions, but the traffic office is planning more greenery and flower arrangements for the square by summer 2026.

A motion by Leif Söderström (SD) to widen Klarastrandsleden with a third, reversible lane to reduce queues and improve flow was rejected by the City Executive Board. The Board argued that an additional lane would likely not solve traffic problems, goes against the city's goal of reducing car traffic, and would be very costly.

Hanna Werner (M) proposed restoring the vacant Vanadis Hotell for new uses like community activities, suggesting a property committee investigation into its condition and alternative uses with the sports committee. However, the City Executive Board recommends rejecting the motion, stating that a similar project is already underway for Vanadisbadet and its surrounding buildings, including the former hotel, to convert them into sports facilities such as changing rooms and halls for table tennis, dance, or martial arts. The Moderates on the Board dissented, advocating for approving the motion and exploring opportunities for external actors to establish themselves.

Jonas Naddebo and Svante Linusson (both Centre Party) propose a comprehensive review of Valhallavägen, from Roslagstull to Hakberget, to improve traffic solutions and green infrastructure. They suggest relocating parking to garages to create new green spaces and playgrounds, building high-standard separated bike lanes, and enhancing lighting, sanitation, and winter road maintenance for increased safety and well-being.

Mikael Valier Furtenbach (KD) proposed in a motion that Stockholm introduce special architectural zones in the city center and older districts, such as Gamla stan and older stone cities in the inner suburbs. These zones would regulate the height, volume, material choices, and design language of new buildings to better preserve the city's historical character. However, the City Executive Board suggests that the motion be answered by stating that current laws and governing documents already provide good opportunities to protect the city's cultural environment while allowing for urban development.
