New Homes and Offices, Slakthusområdet Stage 2B
The Environment Department remains positive towards the detailed development plan for Slakthusområdet stage 2B in Johanneshov, which allows for approximately 440 new homes, offices, retail, and parks. However, the department proposes revising the noise regulations to avoid imposing more extensive requirements than outlined in the plan, and clarifying what constitutes a “large room” in studio apartments to ensure good living conditions. It is also emphasized that noise-reducing measures at concert venues outside the plan area are a prerequisite for the proposal and should be regulated by agreement.
