Stockholmshem's Performance and Housing Goals
The Board of AB Stockholmshem is required to respond to the City Audit Office's 2025 annual report, which assesses whether the company's operations are efficient, financially sound, and have adequate internal controls. While the report generally found the company's operations to be well-managed, it highlighted the need for continued work on clarifying responsibilities and improving internal controls, particularly regarding fire safety, documentation of indoor environment cases, inventory and waste management, and following up on previous recommendations.
