Three council members from the Christian Democrats, Centre Party, and Moderate Party inquired about staffing levels in the elderly care sector of Norra innerstaden after full-time employment became the norm. They questioned whether media figures were misleading and if this truly meant more working hours. The Elderly Care Administration responded that most part-time employees have accepted full-time positions, and the number of full-time equivalents has increased by approximately 81 since November 2024, while temporary staff hours have decreased. Furthermore, no employee has resigned citing the full-time norm as the reason.

Kulturskolan in Norra Innerstaden must vacate its current Odenplan premises by December 31, 2026, due to unavoidable noise disturbances from music lessons affecting another tenant. The Culture Administration has therefore been tasked with finding a new space within Norra Innerstaden, aiming to provide a more long-term and suitable venue for up to three times more students, accommodating all of Kulturskolan's artistic expressions, not just music.

The Department of Culture believes it has met its 2025 goals, providing Stockholm residents with access to a rich cultural life, with a particular focus on children, youth, seniors, and people with disabilities. They have also requested an additional 10.7 million SEK to renovate the Kungsträdgården stage roof and upgrade the lock and alarm systems at Asplundhuset (City Library).

The Culture Department and City Archives held meetings where several issues were discussed, including strong criticism from Sveriges Lärare regarding Kulturskolan's move from Odenplan to a smaller, less suitable facility on Löjtnantsgatan. The new premises lack sufficient rooms, have a pillar in the middle of the intended stage, and are in an unsafe location with inadequate daylight. The City Archives also presented its activity report for 2025, noting positive figures for sick leave at 2.8%.

The Liberals propose that Stockholm should restore and preserve culturally significant parks like Vasaparken and Humlegården, suggesting new installations such as benches and lighting should resemble originals, and small kiosks for food and culture be allowed to enliven the spaces. City administrations indicate they already work to preserve these parks' cultural-historical value and kiosks are possible, though Södermalm supports the motion.

The Centre Party proposes that Stockholm inventory the city's avenues and older trees, develop a strategy for their care and development, and identify new areas for tree planting, including transforming Karlbergsvägen into a green esplanade. The city responds that it is already working on a new tree policy addressing many of these issues, such as increasing canopy cover and inventorying trees. However, completely redesigning Karlbergsvägen is limited by underground infrastructure, though replanting efforts are underway.

The Moderates question when seniors will again be allowed to drink alcohol in the city's care homes and community centers, challenging the red-green majority on the lack of progress despite their promises. This comes after Väduren senior residence in Vasastan banned alcohol consumption, while Hornstull service house reportedly seeks temporary permits. The Moderates want to know if internal disagreements within the majority are causing delays and how the Commissioner for Senior Citizens views the situation.

The Moderates questioned Property Commissioner Clara Lindblom (V) on her plan to improve Hötorgshallen and the market trade at Hötorget, citing neglect and poor management. Lindblom responded that Hötorgshallen is thriving with increased visitors and sales, but acknowledged the need for maintenance, which is being investigated. The city is also working to improve the market environment and adapt trade based on citizen dialogues.

Stockholm Vatten och Avfall AB is announcing procurements for the period July-December 2025, valued at over 10 million SEK. These procurements cover services such as waste management for wood and brush, operation of vacuum waste facilities in Hagastaden and Kista, maintenance of water reservoirs, renovation of water pipes in Ålsten, and various services related to sewage pipes and odor reduction.

Stockholm City and Nacka Municipality have developed a joint action program for Strömmen. This program aims to improve the water quality and habitat for animals and plants in Strömmen, which currently has unsatisfactory ecological and chemical status. The proposals include reducing pollution from sediment, traffic, and sewage, as well as improving the physical environment. The costs for these measures are estimated to be hundreds of millions of kronor for managing contaminated sediment and soil, and approximately 22 million kronor for stormwater measures. The program is a prerequisite for the city to build 140,000 new homes by 2035 while adhering to environmental quality standards.

Stockholm's Future Wastewater Treatment (SFA) is a major project to close the Bromma treatment plant and redirect its wastewater to the Henriksdal treatment plant, which is being expanded and modernized to meet new environmental requirements and accommodate a growing population. However, the majority believes a major overhaul of Odenplan should not be planned currently due to ongoing and future subway construction.

Kulturhuset Stadsteatern has adopted its activity report for 2025, which shows it was their strongest year yet with 2.5 million visitors and ticket revenues of SEK 124.8 million, a 13% increase from the previous year. Notable successes include the play "Lonely together," the exhibition "Total Metal," Bio Husby, and the youth initiative "Stationen" in Skärholmen, all contributing to a positive result after depreciation that exceeded the budget by SEK 615,000 and a higher-than-expected self-financing ratio.

Danderyd Municipality requested that the City of Stockholm address the issue of boat mooring spots in Ropsten for Tranholmen residents, which are crucial for their work and school commutes given the island's lack of road access. Stockholm City's Sports Department cannot assist as these are not recreational boats, but the Exploitation Office is open to dialogue with Tranholmen residents to find solutions for jetties in Ropsten, despite limitations posed by the urban development of Norra Djurgårdsstaden.

The City Executive Office and City Planning Committee oppose this due to existing locations named after him, which could cause confusion, suggesting instead that information about these existing places be enhanced. The Jewish Central Council and the Jewish Youth Association support the proposal, specifically suggesting Tyska Brunnsplan in Gamla stan as a suitable location.
