Unfulfilled Social Services and Disability Decisions Q1 2026
The Skarpnäck City District Administration will report 16 unfulfilled decisions under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) for Q1 2026. Of these, 3 have been implemented, 12 remain unfulfilled, and 1 has been closed. The administration proposes that the district council approve the report, which indicates that individuals' choices to decline offers or await specific placements often impact implementation, but that compensatory measures are provided in the interim.

Enligt socialtjänstlagen, SoL, och lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS, ska kommuner varje kvartal redovisa till Inspektionen för vård och omsorg, IVO, beslut om bistånd eller insats som inte har kunnat verkställas inom tre månader.Stadsdelsförvaltningen redovisar sammanlagt 16 ej verkställda beslut enligt SoL och LSS under första kvartalet 2026. Av dessa har tre beslut verkställts under perioden. Tolv är fortsatt ej verkställda och ett har avslutats utan verkställan.Område barn och familj rapporterar fyra ej verkställda beslut, samtliga enligt LSS. Ett beslut har avslutats utan verkställan.Området vuxna och prevention har inte något ej verkställt beslut att rapportera under perioden.Område beställare vuxna, äldre och förebyggande rapporterar tolv ej verkställda beslut, varav tre är enligt LSS och nio enligt SoL. Tre beslut har verkställts under perioden.
