City's Cybersecurity Comments to National Agency
The City Executive Board was informed about two consultation responses sent to the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency. Stockholm City supports the proposal to revoke current regulations for municipal and regional risk and vulnerability analyses (RSA) to avoid duplication, and also largely approves the proposed new regulations and general advice on security measures and training related to the EU's NIS2 cybersecurity directive. However, the City requests clarification on certain terms and the handling of cybersecurity requirements in existing agreements.
