Kommunfullmäktige föreslås besluta att godkänna genomförandet AB Familjebostäders ombyggnation inom fastigheten Draget 1, Södermalm. Projektet omfattar 178 bostäder med en sammanlagd bostadsarea om 8 920 kvm samt tolv lokaler med en area om 503 kvm, till en total investeringsutgift om 434 miljoner kronor inklusive förväntad prisutveckling.Fastigheten är i stort behov av renovering. Delar av vatten- och avloppsinstallationerna är från nybyggnadsåret 1924. Installationer som avlopp, vattenledning, el och hissar har uppnått sin tekniska livslängd. Även allmänna utrymmen, såsom tvättstugor och källare, är i stort behov av renovering.
