Solhem: 255 new apartments at Esbjörn 1 property
Stockholms Stadshus AB's group board has approved AB Stockholmshem's new housing production at the Esbjörn 1 property in Solhem, with an investment cost of 1,024 million SEK for 255 new apartments. Christofer Fjellner (M) and Gustav Johansson (M) dissented, arguing that such a large development would negatively impact the area's character and that new construction should match the volume and footprint of the existing 96 apartments.
