New preschool at Hennings gata 23-25
The Södermalm District Council is proposed to approve a ten-year lease for a new preschool, Förskolan Persikan, at Hennings gata 23–25. The preschool, planned to open in August 2026, will accommodate 72 children across four departments. The annual rent for the 656 square meter premises, which includes a 602 square meter preschool yard, will be approximately 2.7 million SEK.
