Child custody transfer to special guardian
The Farsta District Council addressed a case concerning the transfer of custody for a child to a specially appointed guardian, as per Chapter 6, Section 8 of the Parental Code. Due to confidentiality, the details of the case were removed from the public document. The decision was made on April 23, 2026.
