Blackeberg: Hälsingen 3 transferred for park playground and open preschool
SISAB proposes that the site leasehold Hälsingen 3 at Grundtvigsgatan 33 and 35 in Blackeberg be transferred to the Stockholm City Real Estate Committee for SEK 1.5 million. The site is no longer needed for a new preschool, and the city instead wants to be able to build a park playground with facilities for open preschool activities; the proposed transfer date is 2 November 2026.
