Tensta C parking garage acquisition and renovation
The Board of Stockholm Parkering is proposed to approve the acquisition of a parking garage in Tensta Centrum for 8 million SEK, with an additional 17 million SEK allocated for renovations and safety measures, including EV charging, totaling an investment of approximately 25 million SEK. As part of the purchase, Stockholm Parkering must guarantee at least 150 visitor parking spaces until 2049, which requires a 20-year extension of the current ground lease agreement.
