The administration finds the definitions of "cores," "nodes," and "parts" unclear, noting that Kista-Sollentuna-Häggvik currently lacks natural connections. They also question aspects of the proposal regarding higher education, cultural venues, business development, cross-connections, and the extension of Tvärbanan's Kista branch to Helenelund, asserting that the city cannot compromise on implementation requirements for these projects.
