Improving Safety and Care for Seniors

The report details patient safety efforts at Bromma's care homes in 2025, noting improvements in areas like digital medication management and documentation, as well as successful collaboration with other stakeholders. For 2026, further initiatives are planned to develop dementia and palliative care and to strengthen person-centered, secure care for the elderly.
