New youth center planned for Högdalen

The Sports Committee proposes relocating Träffstugan, a recreation center for children and youth with disabilities, from Sköndal to larger premises in Högdalen by early 2027, as their current location will be converted into housing. The new facility at Önskehemsgatan 34 requires adaptations, which Familjebostäder will manage, and the proposed 20-year lease has an estimated annual rent of SEK 2 million.
