Remiss av övergång till digital personalakt
The City Executive Board proposes that all municipal committees transition to digital personnel records, with all existing paper documents to be scanned. This initiative, aiming to streamline handling, improve security and searchability, and save time for managers and HR staff, is estimated to cost SEK 70 million between 2026 and 2031 and will be led by the City Executive Board in collaboration with the Culture Committee (City Archives).
