Aktivitetskrav i försörjningsstödet: Ansvar för tillhandahållande av aktiviteter i Stockholms stad

The Södermalm District Council is to respond to a referral from the City Executive Board concerning new activity requirements for individuals receiving social assistance. The proposal stipulates that the Labour Market Committee will be responsible for providing the activities mandated by the new law, effective July 1, 2026. Södermalm's administration has no objections but suggests that Södermalm's own labour market initiatives should be utilized more broadly across the city to meet diverse resident needs and optimize resources.
