Riktlinjer för förmedling av särskilda boenden inom SoL och LSS inklusive socialpsykiatriska stödboenden

These guidelines aim to standardize and legally secure procedures across Stockholm, clarifying responsibilities between the Social Welfare Administration and the district administrations. They will provide support for staff and providers, covering aspects like expressions of interest and waiting list management.
