Förvärv av samtliga aktier i Nya Lagerbolaget Y (Magasin 5) från Stockholms hamn AB

S:t Erik Markutveckling AB is proposed to acquire all shares in Nya Lagerbolaget Y AB, thereby taking over the property Magasin 5 in Frihamnen for an estimated 400 million SEK, financed by a city loan. This acquisition is part of Stockholm's urban development strategy for Norra Djurgårdsstaden, where S:t Erik Markutveckling already owns several buildings, and aims to streamline the operations of Stockholm Hamn AB.
