Nya lokaler för Norra innerstadens stadsdelsförvaltning, Spelbomskan 3 och 17. Utredningsbeslut

The Real Estate Committee and the Norra innerstaden District Council are asked to approve a project directive to investigate new premises for the district administration in the Spelbomskan 3 and 17 properties, located by the City Library in Vasastan. The current premises are inadequate, so these blue-classified buildings, which require renovation, will be studied for adaptation into modern, safe, and accessible office environments. This investigation, estimated to cost up to 8 million SEK, will inform a future policy decision.
