Protecting Lake Trekanten's Nature and Wildlife
The City Planning Office proposes making Lake Trekanten in Hägersten-Älvsjö a biotop protection area to safeguard its high natural values, especially for bats, amphibians, and other rare species. While the Hägersten-Älvsjö district council supports this, they note a dog exercise area would need relocation. The area is popular for recreation, and a planned new subway entrance will be located outside the proposed protected zone.
