New plans for Liljeholmen office buildings and local impact

The City Planning Department has proposed a new zoning plan for the Rosteriet 6 and 8 office block in Liljeholmen. This plan allows adding two to three floors to existing office buildings and new six to seven-story sections, creating roughly 23,000 sqm for offices, shops, and restaurants. While the district administration supports more workplaces and public spaces for increased safety, they have concerns about the plan's impact on the nearby Trekantsparken and the local preschool.
