Långsjö Gård: Homes, Shops, and New Park Space
The City Planning Administration proposes a new detailed plan for Långsjö gård in Hägersten-Älvsjö, which designates the culturally significant 1880s buildings for continued residential use, while also allowing for commercial uses like cafés or offices. Part of the land near Långsjöbadet will become a public park to improve accessibility. The Hägersten-Älvsjö District Council supports the increased park area but requests that an additional root cellar be planned as parkland to protect bats, and that the preschool entrance be secured via an easement.
