The City Council is set to approve the 2025 annual report and financial statements for the municipal property company Fastighets AB G-mästaren. The company, which owns and develops properties like "Bryggeriet i Bromma" into a new hub for sports, culture, and retail, reported a profit of almost 20.8 million SEK, significantly exceeding its budget, with property values totaling 1.4 billion SEK.
