City Property Company 2025 Report and Finances

Stockholm City's company, Fastighets AB Charkuteristen, which owns and manages properties in the Slakthusområdet to enable future housing construction, has now presented its financial statements and annual report for 2025. The company had revenues of approximately 6.2 million SEK from rents during the year and a positive net profit of 54,000 SEK after group contributions.
