More small parks and green walls for a pleasant city
Members of the Moderate Party, Annika Elmlund and Johan Nilsson, propose that Stockholm should invest in more "pocket parks" and green walls to improve the city's pleasantness and quality of life. This means creating small, green spaces and plant-covered walls in both new residential areas and existing locations within the city. The Södermalm district administration is positive towards these proposals, believing they contribute to a greener and more pleasant city, which is particularly important for children, but emphasizes that pocket parks cannot replace larger parks.
