Better Homes and Heating: New Property Upgrades Approved

Svenska Bostäder has informed its board about new framework agreements for various property-related works. These agreements cover control and regulation systems (SEK 60 million), pipe lining (SEK 70 million), and substations and heat pump systems (SEK 500 million). This secures suppliers for the maintenance and development of their properties in the coming years, benefiting residents through well-maintained buildings and heating systems.
