Better Control of Big City Projects

Stockholms Stadshus AB is revising its guidelines for how subsidiaries should manage major investments. This applies to projects costing over 300 million Swedish kronor or those deemed strategically important. The changes, effective from January 1, 2026, aim to clarify procedures, handle budget deviations, and govern projects exceeding 1 billion Swedish kronor. The goal is to improve the city's overall control and follow-up of large investments.
