SGA Fastigheter AB, which owns and manages arena properties like Avicii Arena and 3Arena, has reported its 2025 annual financial statements. The company had a pre-tax loss of 169.1 million kronor, which was 7.9 million kronor worse than budgeted. A positive development was the completion of the Avicii Arena modernization and its subsequent reopening, contributing to increased event revenues.
