Business Region Operations Audit and Travel Rules

The audit found that the company generally manages its operations and finances well and has met most of the City Council's objectives. However, the audit noted deviations in the company's routines for taxi travel abroad, where in many cases there was a lack of justification for choosing a taxi over public transport. The company has now clarified its rules to prioritize public transport when it is safe and secure.
