Faster help for children and youth needing protection
The Skärholmen District Committee has decided to designate fifteen named officials who can request police assistance in cases involving the care of children and young people under the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU) and the Act on Placement in Protected Accommodation. This measure aims to ensure swift implementation of necessary interventions, such as when a guardian opposes a decision. This new decision replaces previous similar authorizations.
