Safer Streets: Kiosks vs. Flexible Patrols

However, the Skärholmen city district administration believes that fixed physical centers are not the most effective method, arguing that current flexible field work already creates safety and fixed locations could reduce adaptability, potentially limiting reach to areas most in need.
