New Turf Field for Bagarmossen Center

A citizen proposes replacing the gravel field at Bagarmossen center with artificial turf. This would activate the area, improve public health, and increase safety and youth activities in Bagarmossen. Simple lighting is also suggested to enhance the field's usability.
