Delays in Social Services and Support for Disabled Residents

The Skarpnäck City District Administration reported that 17 decisions regarding support and services under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) could not be implemented within three months during the last quarter of 2025. Of these, five have since been implemented, eight remain outstanding, and four were closed without implementation due to factors like staffing shortages, applicants not selecting providers, or declining offers while awaiting specific housing.
