New Apartments and Courtyard at Snöklockan 4, Vasastaden
The City Planning Administration has drafted a new detailed development plan for the Snöklockan 4 property in Vasastaden, near Odenplan, aiming to construct a courtyard building with approximately 6 new small rental apartments and preserve the existing culturally significant building. The plan also includes upgrading the inner courtyard for improved amenity and stormwater management. The public is invited to provide feedback on the proposal between March 10 and April 20, 2026, with a consultation meeting scheduled for March 24, 2026, at Tekniska Nämndhuset.
