Basement Shops and Restaurants Plan Approved
The City Planning Administration has proposed an amendment to the detailed development plan for properties Repslagaren 31 and Östermalm 1:13 near Grev Turegatan and Humlegårdsgatan. This change would formally approve existing commercial operations, such as shops and restaurants, in the basement level. The amendment aims to correct an oversight in a previous 2022 plan that failed to include the basement's commercial use.
