Urgent Decisions for Child and Adult Care

The Norra Innerstaden District Council proposes that five members, in addition to the chairman, be authorized to make urgent decisions regarding the care of children and adults, and placement in sheltered housing. This applies to cases under the LVU, LVM, the Sheltered Housing Act, and the Social Services Act, allowing for quick action when a regular council meeting cannot be awaited. This authorization would be valid from April 1st to December 31st, 2026.
