Fixing Pipes at Bergsund Care Home

Micasa Fastigheter has concluded an investigation into maintenance needs at the Fabriken 37 property, home to Bergsund care home, on Södermalm. The study found that a complete pipe replacement isn't needed throughout the building, but specific pipes on lower floors must be replaced. This work will be divided into smaller, phased projects to minimize disruption for tenants and avoid vacating the property.
