Digital System Improves City Services and Efficiency

This final report summarizes the six-year implementation of eDok, Stockholm City's common digital system for case and document management, across 50 operations. The project, which involved 16,597 users, aimed to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. Its successful rollout has significantly contributed to increased digitalization and improved services for citizens.
