They handled 21,000 requests for archived material, a nearly nine percent increase, and welcomed 44,000 visitors to their premises and 99,000 to their website, with grade transcripts being the most sought-after. The archives also digitized materials and offered programs on diverse histories, attracting 6,900 participants.
