New Apartments Coming to Solberga

Stockholmshem plans to construct 76 new rental apartments across two point-block Stockholmshus buildings in Solberga, Hägersten, and will also convert an existing boiler house and office building. The total project cost is estimated at SEK 305 million, with the first tenants expected to move in during the third quarter of 2028.
