Motioners from the Centre Party propose a comprehensive upgrade of Valhallavägen, from Roslagstull to Hakberget, aiming to make the street greener with more playgrounds and bike lanes by moving parking to garages, and improving lighting, cleaning, and anti-skid measures for increased safety.
